the second is overload, top hook and decoupling accidents. Top hook accidents occur in bridge or gantry cranes, which are caused by the failure of height limiters, and also occur on other types of cranes. The main cause of the unhooking accident is the failure of the anti unhooking device of the hook and rigging or the improper lifting method
the third is collision. Collision with buildings, cables or other cranes
fourth, the foundation is damaged. The equipment is placed above the ditch or sewer, and the support frame cannot be extended and supported on the solid ground

six are load loss and arm folding (breaking). Boom folding (breaking) accidents are mostly caused by over torque lifting (mainly over amplitude), boom limiter failure of boom luffing, over winch, or crane overturning
seven is the rope breaking accident. It mainly includes: overload lifting and breaking of steel wire rope; The failure of the lifting limit switch caused the winch to break the steel wire rope through the winch; Strong crushing and cutting of steel wire caused by deviation and inclined lifting; The steel wire rope is still used after exceeding the scrapping standard, resulting in rope breakage. Such accidents caused by broken rope buckles for lifting are also very common. The main reason is that the specification of steel wire rope buckle is unqualified, and the safety factor is too small; Or the included angle of the hoisting rope buckle is too large, causing the tension to exceed its breaking limit and be broken; Or the rope buckle was not protected with gaskets between the rope buckle and the angular weight, causing the edge of the weight to cut the rope buckle
eight are electric shock accidents
(2) preventive measures
first, identification and testing. The test results should be consistent with the operating instructions, which must clearly indicate the safe working load, and it is not allowed to work under conditions exceeding the rated load
second, maintenance. Routine inspection should be carried out for the crane, and the defective machine should be repaired immediately. The inspection materials can be used for small parts and fine parts such as miniskiip dual power semiconductor module, and the design and production records should be retained
the third is safety measures. In order to make the crane operate safely, the following series of safety measures need to be considered. Due to the wide range of utilization of the functional diversity of injection molding equipment, there are two types of load display: load radius display; An automatic safety load display that provides audible and visual warnings. In order to prevent decoupling and the pulley block from exceeding the travel range, necessary safety limit devices should be set; The operation position should have a good view to facilitate control operation; No outsiders are allowed to enter the operation room, and no one is allowed to stand under the boom; Rings, slings, cables, bolts, shackles, etc. all need 5 computers (including uninterrupted power supply) and 1 Lenovo brand. After testing, they must be free of damage, properly installed, with obvious signs and safe working loads, and properly used (do not use them at sharp corners or abnormal angles)
